On our stand at IFFA (Frankfurt, Germany) we will display a range of performance enhancing equipment for preparation, marination, processing, slicing and packaging. We are introducing best-in-class machines for on-weight slicing, fully automated robot loading, high-performance grinding, yield-enhancing multi-zone cooking, extremely fast defrosting and an entry-level model of the PowerPak thermoformer. A bowl cutter with enhanced control plus a brine injection and cooling combination complete the exhibits. The full details will be revealed later, but we can already give you a sneak preview here.
