On our stand at IFFA (Frankfurt, Germany) we will display a range of performance enhancing equipment for the meat industry. We are introducing best-in-class machines, including a breakthrough in on-weight slicing technology, high-performance automated thermoforming, high-capacity grinding, yield-enhancing multi-zone cooking, extremely fast defrosting and the compact PowerPak thermoformer. A bowl cutter with enhanced control plus a brine injection and cooling combination complete the exhibits.
